How they Treat Clients

How they treat clients

I can never be too happy about how they treat clients. To all who are planning to go through their process let this serve as a warning about this agency. They do not care about the wellbeing of their clients, nor respect any request given to them even if it is at the beginning of the process.

Their so-called "Orientation" is designed to prey on the desire of new graduates to work abroad.
But once you undergo the process this is where me and most of my colleagues here say that International Student Advisors act coldbloodedly.

Based on my experience, this agency will insult your dignity until there is nothing left. As much as the aim of the company is nice. "Study and Work in the UK" that isn't so bad, in fact it is a good concept. The main problem are the PEOPLE that man the agency, particularly in the higher ups of management.

Their process is not HASSLE-FREE rather HASSLE-FULL.

When it comes to payment, their finance office is quick to charge you as was my experience. I could say I have psychological trauma related to them calling me up regarding payment. They will ask for huge amounts and expect it to be paid that moment.

"I could had undergone open heart surgery and they still wouldn't care.."

Let me share one related incident:

At one point, I had a scheduled operation therefore I settled everything because I did not want to be hassled. I had undergone surgery and could not get out of bed. I received a call from them asking me to pay their balance, I responded that I had just undergone surgery but I had already settled my account. Still they persisted that I have not paid and thats what their record shows and that I must pay it that day. I cursed them to hell as I was in severe pain (9/10 in fact) and hung up. I never answered the phone again. I could had undergone open heart surgery and they still wouldn't care as long as they get the money

Once here in the United Kingdom, they absolutely don't care about you at all. They placed one of my colleagues in the middle of nowhere with no other Filipinos to be with him. Now, that is very challenging considering he is new to living abroad.
